Simeon set up Lucas Safety in 1998 preparing safety systems for various companies within the Construction Industry.
In August 2000, Simeon was contracted by Site Safe New Zealand to run the Site Safe Construction Passport 4 hour Course and other Construction safety courses such as the Site Safe Gold Card and Height Training courses, over this period he has completed over 30,000 individual passports.
